SHIPPING & RETURNS

All domestic orders are carefully packaged and shipped via DHL or FedEx. Processing time may take up to one week, with transit times of 1-2 days within the United States & Canada. Customers will receive updates regarding current shipping times.

We offer worldwide shipping with minimal exceptions. FedEx International Economy is used for shipments to the United States, UK, and EU regions, while DHL handles deliveries to Australia and Eastern Europe. For all other regions, we select the most reliable and economical carrier available. International transit times typically do not exceed five days after order processing. Shipping details for backordered products can be found on individual product pages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
